Besides, the general principle of getting a full refund of the original payment you made for the order is to remain the products in their ORIGINAL UNWORN, UNFOLDED STATUS, WITH THE PRICE TAG INTACT TO THE MAIN PRODUCTS. Otherwise, a full refund may not be possible. All kinds of refunds for the returned items would be proceeded after we receive the returned products. If the products you bought are damaged or inferior just out of the package (due to the manufacture error or the improper transportation), which makes it impossible for you to use them anymore, then you should contact us soon via email with a brief illustration of the situation and some photos of the real items for us to review. Normally, we would let you return the defective items and have you fully refunded, including the return shipping fee.
